This print was inspired by a visit to a small village in Morocco in 2017, and the discovery of a tiny medina in which local craftspeople still practice their trades.

Abdul Salam has made mint tea for most of his adult life.  He works from a tiny shop and can be found early in the morning stuffing mint tea into glasses.  On cold mornings he gives gifts of hot boiled eggs with his steaming mint tea.  He has one of the most kind and gentle faces you will ever meet.  When asked if there was anything he wished for in his life, his answer was that he would like to have owned a car so that he could have had the opportunity to visit other places.

Please note that each of these images is hand printed and therefore there may be slight variations between each one.

This print is sold un-framed.
